The Optimise function allows customers to automatically rearrange the order of jobs within a single route or multiple routes to improve efficiency. Optimisation will be based on “Location”, “Time Window” and “Priority”.

  1. حدد مسارًا واحدًا.
  2. انقر على "تحرير" ويمكن للمستخدمين اختيار الأحداث التي يرغبون في تضمينها في بطاقات التقييم. “Optimise”.
Single route optimisation

Multiple Job and Driver Optimisation:

  1. حدد عدة مهام من لوحة المهام.
  2. انقر على "تحرير" ويمكن للمستخدمين اختيار الأحداث التي يرغبون في تضمينها في بطاقات التقييم. “Optimise”.
  3. From here, you can select multiple drivers for the system to determine which drivers are best suited to complete the jobs. You can manage how the system assigns the jobs to the drivers by managing the إعدادات التحسين.
  4. Once you have selected the drivers to assign to, click on “Optimise”.
