Sub-user password reset can only be assisted through the Administrator account.
1. Administrator to login as Admin.
2. Select Settings “
” and “Users”.
3. Select the User to reset the password.
4. Click on “Reset Password” for the Sub-user to receive a link to their registered email to reset their password.
