  1. Select “Import Customers”.
  2. Users can either use the Delivery Template or use their own template.
  3. Select or ‘drag and drop’ the file.

  1. If the user is using their own template, they are required to map the Excel file.

  1. If there are any errors, the system will highlight the issue.
